My favorite is the no name omelet with bacon avocado tomatoes and mushroom. They now serve alcoholic drinks like mimosas, bloody Marys, screwdrivers, etc.

Bring a hearty appetite. Border Check Omelet comes with toast, salsa, guacamole, and choice of hash browns or home fries.
