Wheelchair users: when making a contact lens appointment, ask for the downstairs room as there's no lift. Not available on Thursdays due to hearing aid checks.

Ben won't sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Do some research, see about paying £20 for your prescription & buy your contacts from the 'net.

This shop is largely staffed by disappointingly unhelpful people. However if you ask for Lena Thakor (spelling?) she is several leagues better and far more competent.
