My car's clear coat was scratched in a few spots from their wash. An employee took pictures and said the manager would call me. Still have not heard back from them. Do not recommend.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Went here and paid for 12 dollar wash car wasn't clean, so I mentioned it to the manager he ran my car thru a second time with platinum wash for free, great experiences!!

Manager was rude today.- instead of kindly advising about the bug brush...prior to car wash he gave me attitude...NOT HAPPY

FYI.. Younow have to wash your car before you can use the free vacuums, which is understandable tho.

Platinum wash comes with a for day guarantee which is good because I always manage to wash my cart the day before a storm
