With some changing exhibits and ones that have stayed the same since childhood, it's a great place to learn, draw etc. Fun exhibits with features for the kids also.

New walk is a great building but the exhibits rarely get up dated other than the upstairs exhibit. The Egypt exhibit has been the same since I went as a kid, and that was about 15 years ago.

They've got dinosaur areas as well as nature & ancient history and art areas. You don't /need/ to pay, but cough up at least a small donation you tightwad.
