Slanted towards colonialism. Covers minimal information about native tribes and glosses over the abuses the native people endured from the Spanish.

Exhibits covering the history of New Mexico. Dabbles in a little of everything, but at times seems to defer to other topical museums in the area for in-depth discussion (ex. light on native culture.)

Great museum and it's free on Sundays. Learned a lot about the state seal on the guided tour, find 6 unusual things about it!
