Try to go during the otters feeding time. We went at the 1130am feeding time

I think they need more staff in there to keep an eye on things because children (and adults) are grabbing butterflies and touching them when they shouldn't be. I found one that ended with a torn wing.

The otters get fed at 11:30am, 2pm and 4pm. Definitely worth a watch.
