Lovely no-frills hotel set right on the water. Slightly away from the town centre. But, easily the best spot for sipping a glass of wine, watching the sea and taking in the sun on their deck.

No hesitation recommending this hotel. We took the annex rooms that are animal free, as this is a dog friendly hotel. Very reasonably priced, great service, lovely staff, across the road from pier.

Excellent base for exploring Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill-on-Sea, Eastbourne and further afield. Great seaview rooms & lovely service.
