The Round Top Loop Trail at about 1.5 miles is prefect for little kids and dogs and affords gorgeous and varied views of Mt Diablo, the Bay, and the many valleys in between.

It gets cold as $#!+ out here after 6 o clock so prepare warm clothing and don't wear Sandals...

Walking up the Quarry Rd. from Old Tunnel Staging Area is the best-- .8 miles straight on up, then along the ridge to Skyline Staging, back down the BA Ridge / Skyline trail- watch out for poison oak!

Best views of the city ever as you drive into the park! Keep a look out. Also bug repellant is not a bad idea
