Such a missed opportunity at the visa on arrival area - the space could have posters or videos to share messages about tourism, sustainability, investment, vision, etc., to visitors.

Keep your boarding card and your baggage ticket with you, you can be asked for them when you want to leave. To go the city take the city bus (green one). The ticket is 5000 VND (+1 ticket per baggage)

This is morning 7:00...already been long queues. Ticketing : 40 mins. Immigration : 60 mins, Security check : 40 min. U had better come here before 3 hours if u want to enjoy shopping/dining

If you're looking to get some pho from Big Bowl, the one outside (L2 outside departures) is cheaper than the one in the airside food court. They accept only VND. Beef pho regular size is 55.000VND.

Newest: Airport shuttle bus at 40,000 VND per pax. Dropped us right on the hotel's doorstep in D1 near Ben Thanh. Clean, courteous driver with free wifi. Locate them: exit terminal and turn right.

Best to eat before you arrive the airport. There isn't much inside the departure hall. Everything is significantly more here. If you want to eat, try Big Bowl. It's pretty tasty. Beef Pho for USD $5

Eat before you come to the airport or bring a bahn mi through to eat at the boarding gates! Everything is expensive at airports! Come ahead of time, the immigration queues can take forever. Free wifi!

If you are hungry make sure you take your meal at the burger king located outside the arrival Hall. You will appreciate it when you see the prices in the transit area after you checked in!
