bus drivers are so rude, a guy in a wheelchair has been waiting for the bus, the driver "try's" to get the ramp down for him and then says you have to wait like, get of your ass or call for help!

The bus went right past me while I was standing at a stop when it was -30 out. By the time 40 mins went by and I was able to get on the bus I had frost bite so bad my fingers swelled in the warmth!

the clocks inside are wrong-saw a lady flip @ the clerk - she missed her bus & the clerk snapped on her & said "its not my problem I just wrk her! Next time arrive early!" great customer service! Ha!
