Horrible customer service experience. They failed to provide proper documents for VAT refunds so we were denied the stamp at customs. They took no responsibility when we notified them of this issue.

Toys are categorized in different themes. Lots of “To build” and “To think” toys which have high quality,I loved their stuffed animals which were super cute!
