great pool but extremely expensive. the staff can also be quite rude.

The free weights area is pretty good, but lacks an Olympic Bench. Pretty good selection of aerobics machines as well. Shame about the changing rooms.

The swimming pool is probably (probably as in the Carlsber adverts) the least hygienic I've seen in 20 years (and I've seen many pools as a competition swimmer). Health and safety are also an issue!

Tho a council gym, it's as expensive as Fitness First etc. The building is ugly, showers bad but machines are top-notch (modern, treadmill with iPod connection, personal TV...) service is bad too tho
