Rooms are basically OK, except paper thin walls. Restaurant is pretty terrible in the evening. But breakfast speaks for the whole hotel and I could forget hearing my neighbor in the shower before :)

It’s a bit to walk from the main sight seeing sites but I love the walking, esp after all the pintxos!! And it’s also quieter than in the old town.

Excelente servicio y trato. Habitaciones espaciosas y lavabo XL. Buena situación para estar fuera del centro en un barrio popular como es Santutxu con buenos comercios muy cerca del casco viejo
