Well a bit over-hyped for what it has to offer, not too bad nevertheless. The Deluxe Rooms are more spacious and close to the main entrance instead of the secluded and "Konkani Cottages".

Dont eat anything at taranga restaurant.. Nothin is worth.. And the konkani house location=excelent, condition =old
