Really nice place to rest with great views. They have a special taxi's fare to go and come back from downtown

Good views, but everything else sucked - food was horrible, rooms were 2 star and shabby, and the road to the place was rocky and unpaved.

Amazing views over Lake Titicaca and Puno and very friendly service. Feels, and is, quite remote from the city which you may count as either a good or bad thing depending on what you think of Puno.
