I ONLY stay here when in Cairo. Everyone is very friendly. Very clean. Beautiful hotel. Never been asked for a tip in all the time I’ve spent here.

The customer services are very helpful and swift , the breakfast full of variate and food is tasty and delicious and the staff their are very polite and helpfulness hotel location is very good

جميل جداً و الموقع مميز ذو إطلالة رائعة .. الروم سيرفس و الهاوس كيبنق مستواهم فوق الإحترافي ولا يلمحون للبخشيش ابداً .. ان اعطيته شكر و ان ما عطيته شكر أيضاً .. إقامتي التالية في مصر حتماً ستكون هنا

Beautiful hotel right on the Nile. Breakfast buffet is limited & restaurant is white small but service is superb.

A luxurious hotel of Kempinski standards! Clean and well furnished with marble floors and walls. Has amazing spa facilities and massage. A fantastic roof overlooking the Nile. highly priced though!

Although this is my first stay there, it has quickly become one of my favorite hotels in Cairo. Excellent service, friendly staff and super clean. Make sure u get a Nile view room ;)
