Use Minamisenju station, it is closer, there is bus 42 to and from the station to hotel (2 stops, really) which can be worth it if you have heavy bags. Also there is more shopping at LaLa behind there

Room was cool and clean. Staff were nice. Nice living area. It's just a little far from the JR station (Minami-senju)

Good hotel, seems like barely anyone else is staying here (it's so quiet), the walk to the station is kind of a pain, futons are a bit thin/uncomfortable... private rooms are worth it though.
