You get out of the car after a long drive, and you open the door to this magical place. The fish stew was fresh and dreamy, and the desserts are to fall for.

The chef was very gracious about our anti-wheat sensibilities, came out to chat after our meal. This is a wonderful waypoint if you're venturing in Snæfellsnes

It's like an oasis in the middle of the road. Great food, lovely atmosphere and pleasant people. I stayed at their hotel - basic and great "vantage point" to west iceland.
