Couldnt find our reservation, charged us doorrate, kicked us out aftee 3 days because of overbooking then charged our cards for the entire stay with the reservation rate they initially couldnt find!!!

When you do your reservation and ask for something, and their reply is yes it will be done........don't believe them for a minute. They screwed up or request even thought we called and confirmed.

Loved my stay here. Historical, This used to be a bank. Very lovely. Rooms are roomy and clean.The bathrooms are tremendous! Breakfast, lots of choices.Make your own waffle.Eggs, oatmeal,bagels etc.

Breakfast is totally vegetarian friendly with oatmeal, cold cereal, and fruit. I'm not sure what the other tipster had in mind.
