Bad experience! They put us in extension rooms which were outdated and we had no hot water! We had to move to another room after midnight which had no working heater. Manager didn't even give discount

No longer offering vegan items. The vegetarian nut loaf mentioned by Rachel K not on menu anymore. We came here specifically for that. A new chef came & substituted a 0-protein cop out: Pasta Penne 🙍

Service is a bit wonky but the renovated rooms are nice and have great views.

The hotel restaurant is very good with three course tasting menus of local Icelandic cuisine (including a vegetarian nut steak). Also serves local beers.
