Place was formerly called the Hanoi Deluxe Hotel which is why my taxi driver couldn't find it at first. Good service and centrally located in the middle of the Old Quarter.

Avoid rm 201 that faces directly to the st. Which is kinda nice until the public speakers hanging just right outside of the balcony decided it is a good idea to blast the National Anthem 6:15am.
