Small, almost no space for baggage. Receptionist have to be called and wait for arrival for check-in. Don't speak English, don't have maps nor directions. Emergency doors blocked by your own bed. Bad.

Its cheap in cost and set up. Kitchen is minimalist. So are shower facilities. Paid parking across road. Best for Chinese guests. Warm venue, everything tiled throughout. No disabled access.
