I stayed for 5 nights and everything was great! Even when my shuttle (booked elsewhere) did not show up, the staff went over and beyond what could be expected to help me and my travelagent. Excellent!

At booking, check if your room is in the main building. I was across the street from the building with the nice pool and other facilities.
