A classy restaurant serving Roman essentials. My favorite Carbonara of the trip, but don’t miss the Gricia and Cacio e Pepe as well. The tiramisu was also a really unique presentation and delightful.

Ótima opção de restaurante próximo ao Palatine. Cacio e pepe é o carro chefe da casa (9 euros).
