Bardzo dobra reatuaracja na poziomie europejskim. Jedzenie pyszne, porcje zasługujące na rozwagę a wszystko w przystępnej cenie. Jedynie może irytować brak obrusów czy materiałowych serwetek. 8/10

Podsumowując można stwierdzić, że dania są ciekawe i apetycznie podane, jednak jakby trochę niedopracowane. Wypadły przeciętnie. Poziom obsługi zdecydowanie do poprawy: brak synchronizacji w daniach.

Very impressive menu. Tempted to drive 200km again to check out other dishes. Fusion/molecular/haute cuisine using local fishes and ingredients. Beautiful setting.A little minus for the waiting time.
