The local food is great. Sauteed butter fish with ginger! Lentil soup local style, carrot salad with peanut powder and steamed butter fish in tom yun sauce were delicious. And Myanmar Sauvignon blanc!

The capsicum stuffed with pork doesn't have that much flavour by itself, but is really good when you add the soy+garlic+chilli sauce.
