Restroom is so dirty, I'm dissapppointed. BTW, coffee good as always, second floor cozy and not so noisy

This Starbucks gets the best view of West Lake.

Come here at night. You will have a really nice view of west lake. Get a hot drink and sit outside or in the balcony

great view of West Lake, and free wifi with a Chinese cell phone number. can be hard to find a seat on weekends, but the location is terrific.
