Went for dinner. Did not do a class; just ordered ala carte. The food was outstanding, great cocktails, and very reasonably priced. Outside the old town, so a refreshingly different atmosphere.

Great place to learn Vietnamese cooking - includes market visit, boat ride, tour of herb garden & a divine swimming pool where you can take a dip after lunch! Don't forget your towel!
