Since their prime customers are Tsukiji fish market staff, you can't expect good service and atomosphere in general. Kokuto macchiato (macchiato with raw sugar and cream) is recommended.

Very small place, narrow, made for Japanese people. Not comfortable at all. Good thing, coffee list is also on English.

Their soft serve ice-cream is really nice along with their coffee. Unsurprisingly the affogato is a great choice here.
