Vogue: Florence Périer’s quenelle is the finest in the city. Thursday and Friday head right next door to its adjoining bistro, Le P’tit Peintre, which turns into a wine bar on both evenings.

ル・カフェ・デュ・パントル。3代に渡り守り続ける老舗ブション。ブションとはリヨン郷土料理店のこと。帽子を被ったLES BOUCHONS LYONNAISマークはブション保護団体厳重審査合格の証。タブリエ・ド・サブール約2,200円、牛胃袋に溶き卵とパン粉をつけてバターで焼いた郷土料理。煮込み中心のモツを香ばしく焼いた一品。クネル約2,700円、魚すり身をオマール海老ソース和え。
