Sweet set dinner (5pm to 11pm), HKD 88 for main, a side and wine. Balcony and usually a band. Energetic and nice staff.

Add cheese to flat bread, stick it in the microwave and finish off with arugula on top. Voila! Easily the worst pizza I've ever had in Hong Kong, nay the world.
