Well the new assistant manager has been moved to another Branch the staff tell me - hope its in the far North ! Lesson to be learned perhaps - try and show good customer service skills 

Not so keen on the new assistant manager - attitude and lacking in customer care skills : even provoked a well mannered easy-going guy like me to snap at and reprimand him :much to staffs amusement
