These people ruined my Ugg boots and my Gucci skirt!!!! Horrible dry cleaners and horrible customer service! Don't let them dry clean your clothes!!! They are also very rude to customers!

Do not let these people dry clean your clothes!!!! Not only will they ruin your clothes beyond repair but they do a terrible job of dry cleaning and are extremely rude to customers!!!!

Took my dress for alteration. An Asian woman ruined it and started to yell when I asked to fix it. She suggested me to go to China to have it done correctly, called me pig and yelled get out of here.

After 6 weeks of saying she could complete the job, Katrina destroyed + stained my wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding. A highly-rated dressmaker said it was the worst job she had ever seen.

AVOID! Been there a few times and their service / cleaning quality have decreased each time. Last visit they lost my shirt and after 2.5 weeks was offered a portion of replacement cost. Not worth it!
