Free museum with an amazing view of the main palace, Gyeongbokgung, in any season. Take the elevator to the top floor and enjoy the city.

The exhibition was spooky and amazing. I loved it. I dont think it s permanent one though, but would recommend everyone who loves art to come and enjoy.
