Absolutely get tickets online. We were led to2 believe would otherwise be 60-90 min wait. Hogwash. Waited 3 hours. Would not have waited that long had I known it would’ve been longer than 2 hours.

If you are waiting in the line you've made a big mistake. Buy tickets in advance or pay a line waiter through a tour company.

Super cool and creepy. I went during winter and it was empty but if you go in the warmer months go first thing in the AM.
