I found the service very weak. The sound was low and we could not understand where we were going. In winter everyone cluster in the lower deck. Do not recommend the tour.

We did the O'Chateau Champagne cruise. Not really worth the money. Drinks were good but the cruise was short and the PA system was turned off so we didn't get to hear the tour highlights.
