We stopped at Geno's to eat and kept hearing barking. After lunch, we investigated and found the sea lion dock. Wowzers, too cool!

This is not a sea lion dock. It is a boat dock that has been taken over by sea lions for part of the year. The state has tried different ways to remove them, and sooner or later they will succeed.
